Lilliano was renovated a few years back and has stunning lodging and decor throughout while keeping the integrity of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. This venue is ideal for intimate small weddings or large weddings of up to 200 guests.
If you are looking for a wedding villa near Florence with a view, vineyard and modern rooms for your guests look no further. Villa Medicea di Lilliano was once the farm headquarters for the infamous Medici family and was then purchased by the Malenchini family in the 1800’s and is still owned my members of the family today. The villa was restored 5 years ago by one the members of the family. Purple and green are used throughout the rooms to represent the olive oil and wine produced on the property. This venue is ideal for around 100-150 people and has many spaces available for plan B. The lemon house has plenty of room for a full sit down dinner for the entire wedding party or a swanky space for the afterparty.
Villa Medicea di Lilliano has a scenic terrace overlooking the countryside and Florence available for civil ceremonies. Attached to the terrace is the granary for plan B. If you choose a symbolic ceremony you can choose the back sunken garden or the beautiful avenue with its stunning views.
The property can sleep up to 32 people if using all of its villas along the road. Rooms have ensuite bathrooms with stunning fixtures.
Lilliano is 7 km from Florence’s city center and making it easily accessible by Florentine taxi. Its rustic charm and modern elegance makes it the perfect wedding villa in the Florence area.
